1. Overview

By registering for any Resident Sigma masterclass, you (and your child, if applicable) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These set expectations for students, parents, and our services.

2. Behaviour

Students are expected to:

Behave respectfully and appropriately at all times

Follow instructions given by the instructor

Resident Sigma reserves the right to remove any student from a session if their behaviour is disruptive. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

3. Punctuality

Sessions will start at the scheduled time.

Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry.

Late students are responsible for catching up on any material missed.

4. Internet Access and Equipment

Students should have a reliable internet connection.

A laptop or PC is recommended for participating in live sessions and accessing shared documents.

Mobile devices or tablets may limit functionality; students are responsible for ensuring they can fully participate.

5. Learning Outcomes and Disclaimer

Our masterclasses provide guidance, teaching strategies, and practice to prepare students for IB Mathematics.

No specific results or grades can be guaranteed.

Success depends on student engagement, practice, and independent study between sessions.

6. Access to Materials

All notes, resources, and recordings are the intellectual property of Resident Sigma.

Materials are for personal student use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

Students may submit questions via email or during the session for clarification.

7. Recordings and Privacy

Resident Sigma may record sessions for students who sign up to access the recordings.

Students and parents consent to the collection and use of any photos or short video segments for educational or promotional purposes.

Students may not record sessions without prior permission.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Free masterclasses are non-refundable.

If a student cannot attend a session, we may provide access to a recording or supporting materials at our discretion.

9. Minors

Only students under 18 may attend with parental/guardian consent.

Parents are responsible for registering students and supervising as necessary.
